Privacy

This site is run by Benjamin Ampen, trading as Spathos Developmental Coaching, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a single page describing a coaching practice. It has no account system, no forms, and nothing to log in to.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies of its own. It has no advertising, no analytics, no social media pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. Nothing you do here is used to profile you or follow you to other websites, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Visitor statistics
There are none. This site runs no analytics of any kind. I don't know how many people visit it, which pages they read, or where they came from, and I have no way of finding out.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver pages and protect against attacks, including your IP address, which is retained briefly for security purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of it. No cookie is set by this.
If you email me
The buttons on this site open your own email program with a message addressed to me. Nothing is sent until you send it, and this website never sees it.
When you do write, your message and address arrive in my Proton Mail account, hosted in Switzerland. I keep correspondence so I can follow up properly, I don't add anyone to a mailing list, and I don't pass your details to anyone else. Ask me to delete our correspondence and I will.
Coaching confidentiality
This policy covers the website. The coaching itself is confidential as a matter of professional practice: what is said in a session stays between us, and where an employer funds the work they receive only what the client agrees to share.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to benjamin@spathoscoaching.com and I'll deal with it myself. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
